BOOKING & DEPOSITS
A valid card on file is required to reserve appointments. Deposits may be required for select services and are applied toward your appointment total. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time with proper notice.
CANCELLATIONS
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. No-call/no-show appointments may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service total and may require prepayment for future bookings.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may require service modifications or rescheduling in order to protect the schedules of all reserved guests. Late arrivals may still be subject to cancellation fees.
REFUND & ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Due to the time, products, and customized nature of salon services, refunds are not offered on completed services. If you are unsatisfied with your results, please contact Weft & Palm within 7 days of your appointment so an adjustment appointment can be discussed when appropriate.
Adjustments are not offered for:
Change of mind
Outside color or chemical services performed after appointment
Improper home care
Failure to follow maintenance instructions
CHILDREN & GUESTS
To maintain a relaxing and safe salon environment, additional guests and children not receiving services are respectfully discouraged unless previously arranged.
HAIR EXTENSION POLICY
Hair extension services require a consultation prior to booking. Extension hair purchases are final sale and non-refundable once ordered.
Weft & Palm is not responsible for:
Improper at-home maintenance
Product misuse
Failure to follow aftercare instructions
Damage caused by swimming, excessive heat, improper brushing, or outside services
Maintenance appointments are required at recommended intervals to maintain extension integrity and scalp health.
COLOR SERVICE DISCLAIMER
Chemical services carry inherent risks including dryness, breakage, unexpected color results, irritation, or allergic reaction, especially when prior color history is unknown or incomplete. By receiving color or lightening services, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to disclose all previous chemical history honestly and completely.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase. Opened or used products are non-refundable.
PRIVACY POLICY
Client information, photos, formulas, and contact details are kept confidential and used solely for appointment scheduling, salon communication, and recordkeeping purposes.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Weft & Palm reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, repeated no-shows, excessive lateness, unsafe hair conditions, or unrealistic expectations.
